Read Paul’s Story:
Two years ago i had a serious accident where i fell and seriously damaged my body. i broke my back , my pelvis , left arm , shattered my left elbow, both wrists, my left femur and both feet. It left me in a mess not knowing if id walk again. Thankfully after 2 long years i am walking again and just returned to work but i owe a huge thankyou to my mate Tony who runs this group amd all the lads downthere who turn up every week. The support i have had has been unbelievable and i cant thank everyone enough . just getting out for a walk and a chat and always a laugh has helped start to put this traumatic experience behind me. Talking about things really does help and id encourage anyone whos going through something at the moment to not bottle it up . I decided i wanted to do something to support the group and challenge myself so along with a couple of mates and my son i am climbing Snowdon on Saturday the 29th July. we are also doing a little warm up the week before climbing Moel Famau . I appreciate times are hard at the moment for everyone financially but id really appreciate any donation no matter how small , it will all go towards a fantastic cause. anyone wanting any further information can contact myself or Tony at The Florrie.

Thankyou

Paul ❤️
