Recording L8's History

This is a special project which aims to preserve the oral history of our area for future generations. We are recording peoples memories of life in our area throughout the years & putting them online for everyone to hear.

The recording below is a podcast created for The Royal Albert Dock Living History Project. It includes a brief history of the dock as well as the memories of some of our volunteers who grew up playing on them.

If you have an interesting story about Liverpool or growing up in L8 that you’d like to share we’d love to hear from you.
