Thank you for your support, not only this half term but throughout the year

The support and generosity that’s been given to us by the people of our city over the past week is quite frankly astounding. Business and individuals from across the city have rallied together to help us support children, families & vulnerable people here in Liverpool during an extremely difficult time. Every day this week we’ve had more and more people coming forward and offering to help and everyone here at The Florrie wants to say a massive thank you to you all.

Restaurants & businesses, many of which are struggling themselves with current restrictions, have been cooking meals and making donations that have helped us to feed 100’s of people across the week. Individuals have been equally as generous, with a constant stream of donations being dropped off here at The Florrie containing everything from bags of shopping to freshly baked cakes and sweets for children at Halloween. A few people have started their own fundraisers to help support our work in the community, going out busking in town or even beginning a sponsored weight loss programme to raise funds.

We really want to highlight everyone who’s supported us this week but there are far too many to name individually in case we accidentally miss anyone out, so a big sincere and heartfelt thank you to everyone who has and continues to support the work we do.

Here are some pictures of a few of the people who've helped us this week.
