Hello from the team here at The Florrie, we wanted to update our community on our plans as the country begins to emerge from lockdown.
Throughout the past 12 months although our events & activities have been limited we have continued to support our community the best we could. The Florrie has provided thousands of food parcels to the most vulnerable people & families in our area. This includes providing hundreds of hot meals & pack lunches to school children.
We’re pleased to say that we have now started to reopen our building to the public. Over the next few weeks you’ll see the return of our community hub activities, the reopening of our cafe, youth activities & a number of community events.
As we reopen safety will be our number one priority & we will be following government guidelines strictly. We hope to make everyone feel as safe as possible as they return to the building.
Finally, we want to thank you for your support over the past year. We couldn’t have survived without your help & encouragement over this difficult period. We can’t wait to see you all in the building again.
