This summer at The Florrie, we’re opening up The Basement Monday to Friday for a packed programme of free creative activities for children aged 7 to 12 who receive benefit related free school meals. Each session includes a healthy meal and snacks and runs twice a day with a choice of morning or afternoon sessions.

Outdoor Activities & Sports Club:
Taking place in our beautiful Community Garden, these sessions are all about movement, teamwork, and outdoor fun. Kids aged 7 to 12 will take part in a mix of sports, games, and nature-based activities designed to boost confidence and keep them active over the summer. Sessions run every Monday, with a choice of morning (10:00 am to 12:00 pm) or afternoon (1:00 pm to 3:00 pm). Each child can attend one session per day. Snacks and a meal are provided. In case of bad weather, the session will move indoors to our Gym so the fun can carry on.
