Just before Christmas Liverpool FC and NIVEA MEN recognised the outstanding work of our volunteer Lee in this great video. Guided virtually by Liverpool FC star, Sadio Mane, Lee was given the once in a lifetime opportunity to grace Anfield’s hallowed turf and score a goal at the Kop End.
At the end of the video the ‘King of the Dingle’ was surprised further when they announced that they would be donating a new electric van to The Florrie, to help us with our work in the community.
As you can see our new van arrived today & Timo & Lee have already been out around L8 dropping off some food parcels to vulnerable people. Going forward the van is going to have a massive impact on The Florrie’s community offer as well as reducing our carbon footprint.
