The Courtyard Sessions – Ali Horn

This week we are joined by singer, writer and performer Ali Horn. With years of collaboration under his belt he decided to branch off on his own into the unknown. His first singles were picked up by BBC6 Music with Liz Kershaw deeming his track ‘Dreamers’ her ‘Track of the year.’ In July 2021, Ali released his debut LP ‘Balcony Boys’ to the world, released on Loominance Records. 

Balcony Boys’ is an upbeat, eclectic record that ties together Horn’s rainy, minimalist psychedelia. Confronting the ugliness and inevitability of contemporary life, this album meets it all head on; with rye wit, the willingness to lose and the willingness to love.
