We invite you to join us on a guided journey of purification through ecstatic dance & gong meditation. With focused intent we will create a sacred space for people of all walks of life to consciously connect with the healing & transformative power of dance.

Led by Gong Master: Suzie Price

Suzie uses top grade gongs amongst other instruments of healing to create a blissfully meditative & often mystical experience. Releasing tension & stuck energies, leaving the experiencer cleansed & refreshed.

Altar space, projections & decoration by:

Psychometric Vision & Synescopic Artefacts.

Olfactory stimuli by: Soma Aromas.

Herbal teas, super food energy snacks & free water available.

Guidelines:

– This is an inclusive space where people of all ages, sizes & abilities are free to express themselves through dance & movement. Be yourself!

– The dance floor is a non verbal space, though communication by other means is welcome (but not required). Eye contact, expression, body language, contact improvisation etc.

– This is a drug & alcohol free event for people who want to get that ‘rave high’ without the need for substances. Quality music, good vibes, intentionality, ceremony & dance provide abundant access to transformational & visionary flow states.

– Use of phones or cameras is not permitted. Turn off, tune in, & be in the moment.

– Ecstatic Dance is a barefoot practice. (though socks or indoor footwear are allowed for health reasons.)

– Please arrive between 18:00-18:45.

– Children & teenagers are very welcome but under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

What to bring:

– Your favorite dancing clothes.

– Blanket &/or yoga mat for gong bath meditation.

– Reusable water bottle.

– Pure intentions & an open heart & mind.
