Admin Officer/Receptionist £7.00/Hour

Admin Assistant/Receptionist– 2 positions £6.25/Hour

All 3 jobs are 25 hours per week on a rota basis over 7 days and will include 1 weekend in 3

 

We are looking for 3 new members of staff:

1 x Admin Officer/Receptionist

  • Provide administrative support to staff and the company through conducting and organising administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information.
  • Provide a reception service by attending to visitors and dealing with inquiries on the phone, by post, by email, and face to face.
  • Provide personal assistance to the General Manager and Line manage the admin assistant staff.

2 x Admin Assistant/Receptionist

  • Provide administrative support to staff and the company through conducting and organising administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information.
  • Provide a reception service by attending to visitors and dealing with inquiries on the phone, by post, by email, and face to face.
  • You must be able to work as part of a team, have a sense of humour and be prepared to champion access throughout the Florrie in order to help the organisation become audience focussed.
